						<section><p>From any final action of the <span class="dictionary">Commission</span> under the provisions of this chapter an <span class="dictionary">appeal</span> shall lie of right to the Supreme <span class="dictionary">Court</span> in accordance with the provisions of &#xA7;&#xA7;&#xA0;<a class="law" title="Appeals generally" href="/12.1-39/">12.1-39</a>, <a class="law" title="Method of taking and prosecuting appeals" href="/12.1-40/">12.1-40</a> and <a class="law" title="Petitions for writs of supersedeas" href="/12.1-41/">12.1-41</a>.</p></section></text><history>1998, c. 819.</history><metadata></metadata></law>
