						<section><p>In all cases where any <span class="dictionary">trust institution</span> shall be appointed to act as trustee, executor, or administrator of any estate or guardian for any infant, or in any other fiduciary capacity, it shall be lawful for any officer of the <span class="dictionary">trust institution</span> to take and subscribe for the institution any and all <span class="dictionary">oaths</span> required to be taken or subscribed by such executor, administrator, trustee, guardian, or other fiduciary.</p></section></text><history>Code 1950, &#xA7; 6-96; 1966, c. 584, &#xA7; 6.1-19; 1974, c. 665; 2010, c. 794.</history><metadata></metadata></law>
