						<section><p>If a <span class="dictionary">trust company</span> surrenders its certificate or its certificate is revoked, the <span class="dictionary">trust company</span>, its <span class="dictionary">assets</span>, and the <span class="dictionary">assets</span> it holds in trust shall nevertheless continue to be subject to the provisions of this article, including the provisions of &#xA7;&#xA0;<a class="law" title="Commission's remedial powers" href="/6.2-1036/">6.2-1036</a>.</p></section></text><history>1993, c. 432, &#xA7; 6.1-32.29; 2010, c. 794.</history><metadata></metadata></law>
