						<section><p>If <span class="dictionary">judgment</span> is obtained against any <span class="dictionary">party</span> on any loan made under the provisions of this chapter, neither the <span class="dictionary">judgment</span> nor the loan shall carry, from the date of the <span class="dictionary">judgment</span>, any charges against any <span class="dictionary">party</span> to the loan other than <span class="dictionary">court</span> costs, attorney fees, and interest on the amount of the <span class="dictionary">judgment</span> at the rate fixed by &#xA7;&#xA0;<a class="law" title="Judgment rate of interest" href="/6.2-302/">6.2-302</a>.</p></section></text><history>Code 1950, &#xA7; 6-603; 1966, c. 584, &#xA7; 6.1-273; 1975, c. 270; 1987, c. 196; 2010, c. 794.</history><metadata></metadata></law>
