						<section><p>In addition to any other remedy he may have any <span class="dictionary">licensee</span> or any other <span class="dictionary">person</span> considering himself aggrieved by any action of the <span class="dictionary">Commissioner</span> under this chapter pursuant to authority conferred upon him or delegated to him by the <span class="dictionary">Commission</span> may, within 30 days of the action complained of, file a <span class="dictionary">petition</span> as a matter of right with the <span class="dictionary">Commission</span> to review the action. The proceeding on review shall be <span class="dictionary">de novo</span> and the record and summary of the <span class="dictionary">evidence</span> before, and <span class="dictionary">findings</span> of, the <span class="dictionary">Commissioner</span> shall be <span class="dictionary">admissible</span> as <span class="dictionary">evidence</span> before the <span class="dictionary">Commission</span>.</p></section></text><history>Code 1950, &#xA7; 6-335; 1966, c. 584, &#xA7; 6.1-306; 2010, c. 794.</history><metadata></metadata></law>
