						<section id="A"><p><span class="prefix-number">A.</span> In the event state <span class="dictionary">money transmission</span> <span class="dictionary">jurisdiction</span> is conditioned on a federal <span class="dictionary">law</span>, any inconsistencies between a provision of this chapter and the federal <span class="dictionary">law</span> governing <span class="dictionary">money transmission</span> shall be governed by the applicable federal <span class="dictionary">law</span> to the extent of the inconsistency. <a id="paragraph-255454" class="section-permalink" href="https://vacode.org/6.2-1928/#A"><i class="fa fa-link"/></a></p></section>
