						<section id="A"><p><span class="prefix-number">A.</span> No <span class="dictionary">person</span> shall engage in business as a <span class="dictionary">check casher</span> in the Commonwealth unless such <span class="dictionary">person</span> has first registered with the <span class="dictionary">Commission</span> in accordance with procedures established by the <span class="dictionary">Commission</span> under this chapter. <a id="paragraph-238331" class="section-permalink" href="https://vacode.org/6.2-2101/#A"><i class="fa fa-link"/></a></p></section>
