						<section><p>When a <span class="dictionary">box</span> is rented from any <span class="dictionary">company</span> transacting business in the Commonwealth under the name of two or more <span class="dictionary">persons</span> with (i) the right of access being given to either or (ii) access to either the survivor or survivors of such <span class="dictionary">persons</span>, any one or more of such <span class="dictionary">persons</span>, whether the other or others be living or not shall have the right of access to the <span class="dictionary">box</span> and may remove therefrom its contents.
