						<section id="A"><p><span class="prefix-number">A.</span> As used in this section, &#x201C;<span class="dictionary">private institution of higher education</span>&#x201D; means an accredited nonprofit <span class="dictionary">private institution of higher education</span> in the Commonwealth whose primary purpose is to provide collegiate or graduate education. <a id="paragraph-278908" class="section-permalink" href="https://vacode.org/6.2-324/#A"><i class="fa fa-link"/></a></p></section>
