						<section><p>Each official communication directed by the <span class="dictionary">Commission</span> or any <span class="dictionary">state bank</span> examiner to any bank, or to any officer thereof, relating to an examination or investigation made or caused to be made by the <span class="dictionary">Commission</span>, or containing suggestions or recommendations as to the conduct of the bank, shall, if required by the <span class="dictionary">Commission</span> or examiner submitting the communication, be submitted by the officer or director of the bank receiving it, to the executive committee or board of directors of the bank.
