						<section><p>Any claim filed after the 180-day claim period prescribed by &#xA7;&#xA0;<a class="law" title="Notice and proof of claim; notice of rejection of claim; petition for hearing" href="/6.2-931/">6.2-931</a>, and subsequently accepted by the <span class="dictionary">FDIC</span> as receiver or allowed by the <span class="dictionary">receivership court</span>, shall be entitled to share in the distribution of <span class="dictionary">assets</span> only to the extent of the undistributed <span class="dictionary">assets</span> in the hands of the <span class="dictionary">FDIC</span> as receiver on the date such claim is accepted or allowed.</p></section></text><history>1983, c. 507, &#xA7; 6.1-110.8; 2010, c. 794.</history><metadata></metadata></law>
