						<section id="A"><p><span class="prefix-number">A.</span> Any <span class="dictionary">party</span> to a compensation <span class="dictionary">hearing</span> of the Virginia Employment Commission may employ the use of a <span class="dictionary">court reporter</span> to record for transcription the proceeding, provided it is done at the <span class="dictionary">party</span>&#x2019;s own expense. <a id="paragraph-254331" class="section-permalink" href="https://vacode.org/60.2-623.1/#A"><i class="fa fa-link"/></a></p></section>
