						<section><p>Financial responsibility for any <span class="dictionary">child</span> placed pursuant to the provisions of Chapter 10 (&#xA7;&#xA0;<a class="law" title="Interstate Compact on the Placement of Children; form of compact" href="/63.2-1000/">63.2-1000</a> et seq.) of this title shall be determined in accordance with the provision of Article V of the compact. In the event of partial or complete <span class="dictionary">default</span> of performance thereunder, the provisions of Chapter 19 (&#xA7;&#xA0;<a class="law" title="Definitions" href="/63.2-1900/">63.2-1900</a> et seq.) of this title may also be invoked.</p></section></text><history>1975, c. 406, &#xA7; 63.1-219.3; 2002, c. 747.</history><metadata></metadata></law>
