						<section><p>Any person who knowingly and intentionally provides false information in writing and under <span class="dictionary">oath</span>, which is <span class="dictionary">material</span> to an <span class="dictionary">adoptive placement</span> shall be guilty of a Class 6 <span class="dictionary">felony</span>.
