						<section><p>The <span class="dictionary">Commissioner</span> shall prioritize inspections of <span class="dictionary">child</span> welfare agencies in the following <span class="dictionary">order</span>: (i) inspections conducted in response to a complaint involving a <span class="dictionary">child</span> welfare agency and (ii) inspections of <span class="dictionary">child</span> welfare agencies that are not conducted in response to a complaint.</p></section></text><history>2019, c. 273; 2020, cc. 860, 861.</history><metadata></metadata></law>
