						<section id="A"><p><span class="prefix-number">A.</span> The <span class="dictionary">Board</span> shall have the authority to adopt and enforce regulations to carry out the provisions of this subtitle and to protect the health, safety, welfare, and individual rights of participants of <span class="dictionary">adult day centers</span> and to promote their highest level of functioning. <a id="paragraph-238072" class="section-permalink" href="https://vacode.org/63.2-1733/#A"><i class="fa fa-link"/></a></p></section>
