						<section><p>All assisted living facilities shall provide reasonable access to staff or contractual agents of <span class="dictionary">community services</span> <span class="dictionary">boards</span> or behavioral health authorities as defined in &#xA7;&#xA0;<a class="law" title="Definitions" href="/37.2-100/">37.2-100</a> for the purposes of (i) assessing or evaluating, (ii) providing case management or other services or assistance, or (iii) monitoring the care of individuals receiving services who are residing in the facility.
