						<section><p>The <span class="dictionary">Board</span> and the State <span class="dictionary">Board</span> of Education may adopt policies, as permitted by state and federal <span class="dictionary">law</span>, to restrict the eligibility of a licensed <span class="dictionary">child</span> welfare agency to receive or continue to receive funds when such agency is found to be in serious or persistent violation of regulations.</p></section></text><history>1993, cc. 730, 742, &#xA7; 63.1-211.2; 1996, c. 492; 2002, c. 747.</history><metadata></metadata></law>
