						<section><p>The <span class="dictionary">Commissioner</span> may at any time release a support <span class="dictionary">lien</span>, or <span class="dictionary">order</span> to withhold and deliver, on all or part of the property of the debtor, or return seized property without liability, if assurance of payment is deemed adequate by the <span class="dictionary">Commissioner</span>, or if such action will facilitate the collection of the <span class="dictionary">debt</span>, but such release or return shall not operate to prevent future action to collect from the same or other property.</p></section></text><history>1974, c. 413, &#xA7; 63.1-265; 1976, c. 357; 2002, c. 747.</history><metadata></metadata></law>
