						<section><p>The <span class="dictionary">Department</span> shall, pursuant to <span class="dictionary">Board</span> regulations, establish a <span class="dictionary">caseload</span> standard that limits the amount of foster care cases that may be assigned to each foster care caseworker. Such <span class="dictionary">caseload</span> standard shall be reviewed and updated, as appropriate, annually on the basis of the time and work necessary to effectively manage each foster care case.</p></section></text><history>2019, c. 446.</history><metadata></metadata></law>
