						<section><p>The commissioner of accounts shall file the report in the office of the <span class="dictionary">circuit</span> <span class="dictionary">court</span> by which he is appointed as soon as practicable after its completion. On or before the date of filing a report on a <span class="dictionary">personal representative</span>&#x2019;s account, the commissioner of accounts shall send a copy of the report and any <span class="dictionary">attachments</span>, excluding the account, by first-class mail to every person who (i) was entitled to request a copy of the account pursuant to &#xA7;&#xA0;<a class="law" title="Copies of inventories and accounts to be provided by personal representatives" href="/64.2-1303/">64.2-1303</a> and (ii) submits a written request therefor to the commissioner of accounts. The copy of the report of the commissioner of accounts shall be accompanied by a statement advising the recipient that the report <span class="dictionary">will</span> stand confirmed by <span class="dictionary">law</span> 15 days after the report is filed with the <span class="dictionary">court</span> in the absence of any objections being filed thereto.</p></section></text><history>Code 1919, &#xA7; 5427; Code 1950, &#xA7; 26-32; 1997, c. 842; 2001, c. 265; 2012, c. 614.</history><metadata></metadata></law>
