						<section><p>The clerk shall record every report so confirmed, whether by <span class="dictionary">order</span> of the <span class="dictionary">circuit</span> <span class="dictionary">court</span> upon exceptions filed or by the lapse of the time without exceptions filed, and note at the foot of it the <span class="dictionary">order</span> of confirmation or the clerk&#x2019;s certificate that no exceptions were filed, as the case may be, in the <span class="dictionary">will</span> book or the book in which the <span class="dictionary">fiduciary</span> accounts in the clerk&#x2019;s office are recorded and index it according to the provisions of &#xA7;&#xA0;<a class="law" title="General indexes for clerks' offices; daily index" href="/17.1-249/">17.1-249</a>.</p></section></text><history>Code 1919, &#xA7; 5428; 1922, p. 873; 1928, p. 23; 1940, p. 614; 1944, p. 107; Code 1950, &#xA7; 26-35; 2012, c. 614.</history><metadata></metadata></law>
