						<section><p>On the <span class="dictionary">motion</span> of any <span class="dictionary">fiduciary</span> having charge of an estate or any interested person, the <span class="dictionary">circuit</span> <span class="dictionary">court</span> may require a <span class="dictionary">commissioner in chancery</span> to settle the accounts of the <span class="dictionary">fiduciary</span>. In addition, a <span class="dictionary">court</span> may require a <span class="dictionary">commissioner in chancery</span> to settle the accounts of any of the fiduciaries mentioned in this chapter. A <span class="dictionary">commissioner in chancery</span> making a <span class="dictionary">settlement</span> under such <span class="dictionary">order</span> of a <span class="dictionary">court</span> shall report the <span class="dictionary">fact</span> and date of the <span class="dictionary">settlement</span> to the commissioner of accounts within 30 days, who shall make an entry of the same in his record book.</p></section></text><history>Code 1919, &#xA7; 5415; Code 1950, &#xA7; 26-25; 2012, c. 614.</history><metadata></metadata></law>
