						<section><p>If an <span class="dictionary">order</span> revoking and annulling the powers of any <span class="dictionary">fiduciary</span> is entered, the <span class="dictionary">circuit</span> <span class="dictionary">court</span> in which he qualified shall, at or after the date of the <span class="dictionary">order</span>, appoint an administrator de bonis non, a new guardian, or other <span class="dictionary">fiduciary</span> as if the <span class="dictionary">fiduciary</span> whose powers have been revoked and annulled had died at that date.</p></section></text><history>Code 1919, &#xA7; 5148; Code 1950, &#xA7; 26-47; 2012, c. 614.</history><metadata></metadata></law>
