						<section><p>Any <span class="dictionary">judgment</span> or <span class="dictionary">decree</span> based upon service of notice, process, or rule upon the clerk of the <span class="dictionary">circuit</span> <span class="dictionary">court</span> shall specifically <span class="dictionary">adjudicate</span> that due diligence has been used and that the person thus served cannot be found and served within the Commonwealth, that the requirements of &#xA7;&#xA0;<a class="law" title="Clerk to mail notice, process, or rule to person served" href="/64.2-1420/">64.2-1420</a> have been complied with, and that the <span class="dictionary">fiduciary</span>&#x2019;s final account does not stand confirmed as provided in &#xA7;&#xA0;<a class="law" title="Exceptions to report; examination, correction, and confirmation" href="/64.2-1212/">64.2-1212</a> or by <span class="dictionary">order</span> of <span class="dictionary">court</span>.</p></section></text><history>1954, c. 601, &#xA7; 26-7.3; 2012, c. 614.</history><metadata></metadata></law>
