						<section><p>Until a guardian appointed by the <span class="dictionary">circuit</span> <span class="dictionary">court</span> or clerk has given his <span class="dictionary">bond</span>, or while there is no guardian, the <span class="dictionary">court</span> or clerk may appoint a temporary guardian, who shall give his <span class="dictionary">bond</span> pursuant to &#xA7;&#xA0;<a class="law" title="Guardian's bond" href="/64.2-1704/">64.2-1704</a>.
