						<section><p>The record of the judicial proceeding in which a person is determined to be a <span class="dictionary">slayer</span> shall be <span class="dictionary">admissible</span> in <span class="dictionary">evidence</span> for or against a claimant of <span class="dictionary">property</span> in any <span class="dictionary">civil action</span> arising under this chapter.
