						<section><p>A <span class="dictionary">powerholder</span> of a releasable <span class="dictionary">power of appointment</span> may release the power in whole or in part:</p></section>
						<section id="1"><p><span class="prefix-number">1.</span> By substantial compliance with a method provided in the <span class="dictionary">terms of the instrument</span> creating the power; or <a id="paragraph-281733" class="section-permalink" href="https://vacode.org/64.2-2729/#1"><i class="fa fa-link"/></a></p></section>
