						<section><p>An executor or administrator with the <span class="dictionary">will</span> annexed shall take an <span class="dictionary">oath</span> that the writing admitted to record contains the true last <span class="dictionary">will</span> of the decedent, so far as he knows, and that he <span class="dictionary">will</span> faithfully perform the duties of his office to the best of his <span class="dictionary">judgment</span>.
