						<section><p>An administrator of an intestate estate shall give <span class="dictionary">bond</span> and take an <span class="dictionary">oath</span> that the decedent has left no <span class="dictionary">will</span>, so far as he knows, and that he <span class="dictionary">will</span> faithfully perform the duties of his office to the best of his <span class="dictionary">judgment</span>.
