						<section><p>Notwithstanding any provision of <span class="dictionary">law</span> to the contrary, a distribution to a person standing in loco parentis to an incapacitated person or an infant pursuant to authorization under subdivision B 17 of &#xA7;&#xA0;<a class="law" title="Incorporation by reference of certain powers of fiduciaries into will or trust instrument" href="/64.2-105/">64.2-105</a> or a comparable provision in a <span class="dictionary">will</span> or trust instrument may be approved by the commissioner of accounts without regard to the amount or <span class="dictionary">value</span> of the fund or property.</p></section></text><history>1980, c. 507, &#xA7; 64.1-180.1; 1997, c. 801; 2012, c. 614.</history><metadata></metadata></law>
