						<section id="B"><p><span class="prefix-number">B.</span> A term of a trust providing that the interest of a <span class="dictionary">beneficiary</span> is held subject to a &#x201C;spendthrift trust,&#x201D; or words of similar import, is sufficient to restrain both voluntary and involuntary transfer of the <span class="dictionary">beneficiary</span>&#x2019;s interest. <a id="paragraph-246460" class="section-permalink" href="https://vacode.org/64.2-743/#B"><i class="fa fa-link"/></a></p></section>
