						<section><p>A <span class="dictionary">trustee</span> shall take reasonable steps to compel a former <span class="dictionary">trustee</span> or other <span class="dictionary">person</span> to deliver trust <span class="dictionary">property</span> to the <span class="dictionary">trustee</span>, and to redress a breach of trust or duty known to the <span class="dictionary">trustee</span> to have been committed by a former <span class="dictionary">trustee</span> or other <span class="dictionary">fiduciary</span>.</p></section></text><history>2005, c. 935, &#xA7; 55-548.12; 2012, c. 614.</history><metadata></metadata></law>
