						<section><p>Unless a different meaning clearly appears from the context, as used in this title:
		&#x201C;Board&#x201D; or &#x201C;<span class="dictionary">State Board</span>&#x201D; means the Board of Juvenile Justice;
		&#x201C;<span class="dictionary">Child</span>&#x201D; means any natural person under eighteen years of age;
		&#x201C;<span class="dictionary">Department</span>&#x201D; means the <span class="dictionary">Department</span> of Juvenile Justice;
