						<section><p>The <span class="dictionary">Department</span> shall establish <span class="dictionary">schedules</span> setting forth the per diem cost to each locality for maintaining a <span class="dictionary">child</span> in a detention home. In accordance with the schedule, the <span class="dictionary">Department</span>, in addition to all other reimbursements on account of such detention homes, shall reimburse each city or county for the cost of maintaining in such homes any children committed to the <span class="dictionary">Department</span>.
