						<section><p>The terms &#x201C;<span class="dictionary">arrest</span> under civil process&#x201D; and &#x201C;civil <span class="dictionary">arrest</span>&#x201D; shall be synonymous and shall be the apprehending and detaining of a <span class="dictionary">person</span> pursuant to specific provisions of this title to achieve the following:</p></section>
