						<section><p>The following <span class="dictionary">persons</span> shall be disqualified from serving as jurors:</p></section>
						<section id="1"><p><span class="prefix-number">1.</span> <span class="dictionary">Persons</span> adjudicated incapacitated; <a id="paragraph-283660" class="section-permalink" href="https://vacode.org/8.01-338/#1"><i class="fa fa-link"/></a></p></section>
						<section id="2"><p><span class="prefix-number">2.</span> <span class="dictionary">Persons</span> convicted of treason or a <span class="dictionary">felony</span>; or <a id="paragraph-283661" class="section-permalink" href="https://vacode.org/8.01-338/#2"><i class="fa fa-link"/></a></p></section>
