						<section><p>In such case as is mentioned in &#xA7;&#xA0;<a class="law" title="How claim of third party tried" href="/8.01-365/">8.01-365</a>, when no <span class="dictionary">bond</span> is given for the forthcoming of the property, the <span class="dictionary">court</span> may, before a decision of the rights of the parties, make an <span class="dictionary">order</span> for the sale of the property, or any part thereof, on such terms as the <span class="dictionary">court</span> may deem advisable, and for the proper application of the proceeds. The <span class="dictionary">court</span> may make such <span class="dictionary">orders</span> and enter such <span class="dictionary">judgment</span> as to costs and all other matters as may be just and proper.</p></section></text><history>Code 1950, &#xA7; 8-228; 1977, c. 617.</history><metadata></metadata></law>
