						<section><p>Any indemnifying <span class="dictionary">bond</span> taken by an officer under the preceding section shall be returned by him within twenty-one days to the clerk&#x2019;s office of the <span class="dictionary">circuit</span> <span class="dictionary">court</span> of the county or city wherein the property levied on, or to be levied on, is located.</p></section></text><history>Code 1950, &#xA7; 8-230; 1977, c. 617.</history><metadata></metadata></law>
