						<section><p>Notwithstanding any other provision of <span class="dictionary">law</span> or rule of <span class="dictionary">court</span>, there shall be no limit on the number of witnesses whose <span class="dictionary">depositions</span> may be taken by a <span class="dictionary">party</span> except by <span class="dictionary">order</span> of the <span class="dictionary">court</span> for good cause shown.</p></section></text><history>2001, c. 595.</history><metadata></metadata></law>
