						<section><p>The clerk of the <span class="dictionary">court</span> wherein any assignment is filed, as otherwise provided by <span class="dictionary">law</span>, shall maintain the <span class="dictionary">court</span> records of such assignment, together with all reports of the trustee, and shall keep an index of all such assignments.
