						<section><p>The form for requesting a <span class="dictionary">hearing</span> or a claim for exemption from <span class="dictionary">levy</span> or seizure shall be designed by the Supreme <span class="dictionary">Court</span> and provided to all <span class="dictionary">courts</span> which may <span class="dictionary">issue</span> <span class="dictionary">attachments</span> and to all <span class="dictionary">magistrates</span>.</p></section></text><history>1986, c. 341.</history><metadata></metadata></law>
