						<section><p>An <span class="dictionary">attachment</span> may be levied upon any estate of the <span class="dictionary">defendant</span>, whether the same be in the county or city in which the <span class="dictionary">attachment</span> issued, or in any other, either by the officer of the county or city wherein the <span class="dictionary">attachment</span> issued, or by the officer of the county or city where the estate is.</p></section></text><history>Code 1950, &#xA7; 8-535; 1977, c. 617.</history><metadata></metadata></law>
