						<section><p>The <span class="dictionary">court</span>, ordering an account to be taken, may direct that notice of the time and place of taking it be published once a week for two successive weeks in a newspaper meeting the requirements of &#xA7;&#xA0;<a class="law" title="Newspapers that may be used for legal notices and publications" href="/8.01-324/">8.01-324</a>, and may also require notice to be served on the parties in the manner set forth in the Rules of <span class="dictionary">Court</span> for the taking of <span class="dictionary">depositions</span>.</p></section></text><history>Code 1950, &#xA7; 8-251; 1977, c. 617.</history><metadata></metadata></law>
