						<section><p>Any <span class="dictionary">surety</span> in the forthcoming <span class="dictionary">bond</span> described in &#xA7;&#xA7;&#xA0;<a class="law" title="Forthcoming bond in connection with injunction against removal of property" href="/8.01-630/">8.01-630</a> and <a class="law" title="Injunction bond" href="/8.01-631/">8.01-631</a>, or his personal representative, may move for and obtain an <span class="dictionary">order</span> for other or additional security, in the same manner as the <span class="dictionary">defendant</span> in an <span class="dictionary">injunction</span>.</p></section></text><history>Code 1950, &#xA7; 8-624; 1977, c. 617.</history><metadata></metadata></law>
