						<section><p>It shall not be necessary for any <span class="dictionary">party</span> to expressly reserve in <span class="dictionary">oral argument</span> any argument made on <span class="dictionary">brief</span> before an <span class="dictionary">appellate</span> <span class="dictionary">court</span> and failure to raise any such argument on <span class="dictionary">oral argument</span> shall not constitute a <span class="dictionary">waiver</span>.</p></section></text><history>1986, c. 268.</history><metadata></metadata></law>
