						<section><p>The proceeds of any sale made under &#xA7;&#xA0;<a class="law" title="Allotment to one or more parties, or sale, in lieu of partition" href="/8.01-83/">8.01-83</a> shall, except as provided in &#xA7;&#xA0;<a class="law" title="What proceeds of sale to pass as real estate" href="/8.01-77/">8.01-77</a>, be deemed personal estate from the time of the confirmation of such sale by the <span class="dictionary">court</span>.</p></section></text><history>Code 1950, &#xA7; 8-699; 1977, c. 617.</history><metadata></metadata></law>
