						<section id="1"><p><span class="prefix-number">1.</span> The time for shipment or delivery or any other action under a <span class="dictionary">contract</span> if not provided in this title or agreed upon shall be a reasonable time. <a id="paragraph-299547" class="section-permalink" href="https://vacode.org/8.2-309/#1"><i class="fa fa-link"/></a></p></section>
