						<section id="2"><p><span class="prefix-number">2.</span> Goods held on approval are not subject to the claims of the buyer&#x2019;s <span class="dictionary">creditors</span> until acceptance; goods held on sale or return are subject to such claims while in the buyer&#x2019;s <span class="dictionary">possession</span>. <a id="paragraph-239227" class="section-permalink" href="https://vacode.org/8.2-326/#2"><i class="fa fa-link"/></a></p></section>
