						<section id="1a" class="indent-1"><p><span class="prefix-number">a.</span> the nonconformity appears without inspection; or <a id="paragraph-273675" class="section-permalink" href="https://vacode.org/8.2-512/#1a"><i class="fa fa-link"/></a></p></section>
